Hi, my name is Amitai Sela, but everyone calls me Ami. I am a photographer and computer geek located in the greater Columbus, OH metro area. My interest in photography began over 20 years ago and the advances in digital imaging over the past decade have allowed me to pursue my interest even further making it my career.
As someone with Asperger syndrome, I have always been facinated with paterns and light. While many view this as a disability, in photography it is actually an asset for me. I am able to see things in a different way than a "normal" person does and I think this is reflected in my pictures. This is not to say that I don't love the classics, rather I like to bring a certain touch to it that others may not.
I like to consider my style to be both frozen motion and story telling. Rather than capture static images, I prefer to give the feel that you are looking at something caught in the blink of an eye. For me, this creates more vivid memories of what is being captured since the motion implies a story. This fits in with our motto at ASP, "Preserving Memories."

He brings another different view to your events and portraits. Melanie Bowles is our Sales and Marketing director as well as a photography intern. We also have a number of local partners that we work with.
